Worldwide Delivery

Atelier Soriano ships to over 65 countries worldwide. We have refined our logistics over years of operation to deliver your garments quickly, securely, and with minimal environmental impact.

Processing Time

All orders are hand-inspected before dispatch and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Hand-inspection is non-negotiable for us — every piece that leaves our atelier has been personally checked for stitching, finishing, and material integrity by a member of our team.

Delivery Times

United States & Canada: 5–9 business days
European Union & United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Complimentary Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $100 USD. For orders below this threshold, local shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties

For customers outside the United States, please note that local import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We do not collect these at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment at any time through our carrier's portal. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Restricted Regions

We are unable to ship to a small number of regions due to logistics constraints. If you are able to complete checkout, your address is within our delivery network.
