Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We believe you should be able to wear our pieces, hold them, feel the fabric in daylight, and decide whether they belong in your wardrobe. If they don't, you may return them for a full refund within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and any tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or visible wear marks

Underwear, swimwear, and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

  1. Email our support team at returns@ateliersoriano.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization and prepared shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship it back to us using a tracked service. We recommend insurance for higher-value pieces.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We do not charge a restocking fee or any processing fee for returns. The full purchase price of the item is refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges (different size, different color), we recommend placing a new order for the desired piece and returning the original for a refund. This is faster than processing a direct exchange and ensures the new piece reaches you while inventory is available.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a complimentary replacement at our cost.
