The polka dot mesh was the starting point. We wanted something that had pattern without loudness — a print that reads as texture from a distance and detail up close. The off-shoulder line was the natural pairing: it’s the most universally flattering neckline for a formal dress because it creates a long, clean horizontal line across the chest, adding width to narrow frames and elegance to all. The gel tape was non-negotiable — a dress that shifts at a wedding is a dress you spend the night thinking about instead of enjoying.
